Turkish doctors arrived in Andijan to perform complex operations on more than 100 children.
From September 28 to October 3, more than 100 children selected by qualified Turkish plastic and general surgeons will undergo complex operations at the Children's Multidisciplinary Medical Center of the Andijan region.
