Social programs
The Public Children's Support Fund provides charitable support to low-income, disadvantaged children under the age of 18, starting with education and ending with their social support.

The Foundation invites the best specialists in the world to train specialists:  how to properly treat, rehabilitate, and support children and their families with this disease.   To do this, we hold conferences, schools and webinars for doctors and parents. Constant training, study of foreign experience and acquaintance with the achievements of modern medicine – all this is necessary for the successful treatment of children.  We work with patients all over the republic and do everything possible to ensure that children receive timely, high-quality and systematic care.

Our goal is to make the stay of children in hospitals as pleasant as possible. What are we doing for this?

we equip playrooms (rooms) for children, equip them with board games, toys for children of different ages.
We form and replenish small libraries in clinical departments with books. Books are a regular replenishment, many children, when they leave the hospital, take the unfinished book with them.

The Foundation provides assistance to clinics and medical centers in the acquisition of:

- medical equipment

- technical means of rehabilitation (TSR)

- Specialized nutrition.

We provide assistance to clinics in the event that it is impossible to get what is needed for free within the framework of state medical care.

The program "Financial Assistance" is the provision of financial assistance to children and families with children who find themselves in a difficult life situation.

The program "Targeted social assistance to sick children" - Targeted means DIRECT assistance, assistance to specific sick children – purchase of special means for self-service, special means for care, special means for training, education (including literature for the blind) and employment (social adaptation of children with disabilities, training in professions based on their interests and providing equipment for their self-employment at home), prosthetic products (including prosthetic and orthopedic products, orthopedic shoes and special clothing, eye prostheses and hearing aids), special means of transportation.

Organization and financing of social support activities for children with disabilities, including providing them with high-tech specialized rehabilitation assistance. Rehabilitation is a measure to restore a person's ability to self—care and social life. Habilitation, on the other hand, is the process of forming new abilities and habits that were previously absent. Both systems are aimed at improving the quality of life of people with disabilities, their domestic and social adaptation. Types of rehabilitation - Social rehabilitation - the return of a person to social and everyday life, psychological adaptation and the return of self-service skills, professional rehabilitation - aimed at professional orientation, medical rehabilitation - it includes all possible measures to restore or compensate for those functions that were lost due to illness or injury. This is the most important part of rehabilitation, since without it neither social nor professional recovery is possible.
