December 3 is the International Day of the Disabled. Today, all over the world, this date once again reminds us of dignity, equal rights and the right of every person to participate fully in society.

There are 1 million 58 thousand citizens with disabilities in our country. 173,000 of them are children with disabilities. Our common duty is to support them, strengthen their confidence in life and give them a smile.
