From October 26 to October 30, more than 100 operations in the field of plastic and general surgery will be performed at the regional multidisciplinary children's medical center in cooperation with Turkish and local specialists. All medical services will be provided free of charge as part of the charity campaign. 💰🚫

At the initial stage of this initiative, more than 400 children underwent in-depth medical examination. Of the 412 children, 244 were examined in the field of general surgery, and 168 in the field of plastic surgery. Based on the conclusions of the specialists, children in need of surgery were selected and the necessary measures were taken to prepare them for surgery.

— We recently conducted similar operations in the Andijan region. In early October, we organized a medical examination in Namangan. More than ten specialists have now arrived to perform surgical operations on selected children. "During the week, we will be performing high—tech operations on infants," says Suleiman Celebi, a pediatric surgeon and professor at the Medical faculty of Altinbashi University in Istanbul.

During operations, special attention is paid to birth defects, cleft lip and palate, scars after burns, some limb deformities, hernias and other diseases that can be treated surgically. The need for surgery and the method of surgical intervention are determined by specialists for each patient based on medical indications.

— My son Muhammad Mustafa is 7 months old. He needed to have a congenital bowel defect surgically removed. After learning that he was being examined by Turkish specialists, we brought the child to them. The operation was performed immediately. On behalf of our family, we would like to express our gratitude to the foreign doctors and organizers of the medical event," says Mukhsina Turgunbayeva from Kasansoy.

Another important aspect of the project is the exchange of practical experience between foreign and Uzbek doctors. Joint operations allow local specialists to directly study modern surgical approaches, strengthen professional skills and expand further cooperation. 🤝

Such medical campaigns, organized by the Public Foundation for Child Support, help children with serious illnesses receive qualified care in their region and reduce the financial burden on families associated with treatment. The costs of medical examinations and operations are covered by the Public Fund.

It is planned to consistently continue medical cooperation within the framework of the "Healthy Future" campaign in other regions of the republic. After all, the health and healthy future of every child is one of the most important values of society. 💖
