To receive sponsorship from the foundation, citizens apply and attach the following documents to it:

Certificate of families in need of social protection (entered in the Unified Register of Social Protection authorities)
Approved and stamped conclusion of the expert commission of medical, pedagogical workers and doctors of medical sciences
A copy of your passport or birth certificate
A copy of the parent's passport
Conclusion of the chief SSV specialist for treatment abroad

After accepting the documents, the expert group and the Board of Trustees of the Foundation consider the application and give an opinion on practical assistance.
