To receive sponsorship from the Foundation, citizens submit an application and attach the following documents to it:

✔certificate of belonging to a family in need of social protection (included in the Unified Register of Social Protection)
✔certified and sealed conclusion of the medical, pedagogical and medical expert commission
✔a copy of your passport or birth certificate
✔copy of parents' passports
✔conclusion of the chief specialist of the Agency for Social Protection of the Population on treatment abroad

📍After receiving the documents, the Foundation's expert group and the Board of Trustees review the application and issue an opinion on practical assistance.
